To Enjoy Your Pound Cake:
Thaw: Unwrap and leave at room temperature for 3 hours.
Serve: Your cake holds up well un-refrigerated for at least 5 days.
Store: Your cake freezes beautifully. The cake can be thawed and then frozen again. Leave the cake in its plastic wrap when freezing. You can find the expiration date on the bottom of the cake tray.
